Tracey Price
CPA, CVA, Founder & Principal
Tracey Price grew up in Martins Ferry, Ohio. She graduated valedictorian from Martins Ferry high school and continued on to Ohio University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She started her career as an auditor for Coopers and Lybrand and then moved to Toukan & Company in 1991. She became a CPA in 1993, got married to her husband, Tim, and began to start a family. She continued her career at Toukan & Company and became a partner in 2000. In 2003, she added the certified valuation analyst (CVA) credentials. In January 2026, Price CPAs became her new firm and she continues to serve the clients that she has created relationships with over the years, as well as new clients that she is excited to serve for many years. Tracey and Tim have 3 girls who also live in the Columbus area.
