Receive Your Invitation
When you become a client, you'll receive an email invitation from Canopy Tax with a link to create your secure account.
Create Your Account
Click the link in your invitation email, set a strong password, and enable multi-factor authentication for added security.
Upload Your Documents
Use the portal to upload your tax documents — W-2s, 1099s, mortgage statements, and anything else your CPA requests.
Review & Sign
Once your return or engagement letter is ready, you'll be notified to log in, review, and e-sign directly in the portal.
